EMAP team has participated in the “Food Ingredients Europe & Natural Ingredients Fair (Fi Europe & Ni 2011)” carried out in Paris (29th November – 1st December 2011). The aim of the mission was to promote for the project and for the National Quality Scheme, to initiate contacts with international stakeholders, buyers & institutions, to get acquainted with the latest developments in the sector, & to capture ideas & opportunities for product development & value addition. A workshop was conducted at the Agriculture Export Council (AEC) to present market opportunities for value-added products (Stevia & Frozen Herbs). The workshop was attended by a large number of exporters who were encouraged to implement proposed ideas.
